Bedside Call Module
BCM4 – R/W – The Bedside Call Module – Custom-built membrane bedside switch panel with 4 Buttons for services such as Normal Call, Presence, Assist, Emergency etc. The unique combination switching system eliminates all false alerts as all calls other than the normal call are made through the special key combination known to the staff only. RJ 11 hand switch port ensure perfect lock-in of the 3 Mtr spiral corded hand switch which is ideal for the bed ridden and movement restricted patients to make alerts. The water resistant panel can be disinfected with isopropyl disinfectants. The module can be mounted on wall on a recessed 3 module back box or on the Bed Head Panel.
Over Door Indicator
ODI 5 – R/W – The Ergonomically designed Over door Indicators are visible from any distance in the corridor, so that it will easily catch the attention of the care givers. The 5
Colors Indicates various call status such as Red for Normal Patient Call, Green Shows the presence of the care givers, Pink shows Assistance request by care givers, Amber indicates Call from the toilet and alternatively blinking Blue and Red indicates a Medical Emergency such as code blue. The 3 watt LED’s gives enough light to be visible even in a well lit corridor so that it catches the attention of the nursing staff from anywhere in the corridor even without checking the nurse station displays.
Control and Display Unit
CDU 1016 – The Control and Display Unit – receives all calls and makes the respective alerts. The Micro-Controller inside is capable of making the alerts in audible and visual formats. The visual alerts are expressed in 5 digit high bright LED segments along with high fidelity voice alerts. A single bus can handle multiple calls from as many as 16 rooms/beds including toilets. As the display
LED segments are designed for 24 hrs uninterrupted operation and are so bright to see the displays even in well lit Nurse Stations. Multiple audio alerts such as Normal call, Assistance, Code Blue etc. can be even customized asper the hospital’s choice.
